
Korytoski holds his USSF "A"license, as well as his NSCAA Premier Diploma. He is currentlythe Director of Coaching for the North County Football Club and is the Assistant Coach for thesuccessful Cal Poly Mustang Men's Soccer program. He graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and received his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Political Science from Saint Leo University in 2007. Korytoski resides in Grover Beach, Calif.
Korytoski's coaching career began as an assistant coach at Maria Carrillo High School in California where he saw his team reach the sectional finals in 1999. In 2000, he became the head coach at Santa Rosa High School and led the team to the NCS Final Four. In 2001, Korytoski attended Penn State University and served as an assistant coach for the men's team that reach the NCAA round of 16 before losing to St. John's in overtime. That season, Korytoski also coached the Penn State Women's Club Soccer Team and led them to their first-ever National Championship. He spent a season on staff with Saint Leo University.
In the spring of 2007, Korytoski was chosen to lead the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and begin their international soccer program. Serving as the head coach and technical director, he spent time training both the men's and women's national teams for competition. CNMI is a provisional member of the East Asian Football Federation and in their first international competition, dropped a 3-2 decsion to Guam. Also, while with the CNMI National Teams, Korytoski organized coaching clinics and youth clinics to help the development of the territories youth programs.
